- In an emergency, simply call HSBC Premier’s emergency hotline +1-908-PREMIER (with local international dialing prefix) for immediate international assistance
- Instant emergency encashment of US $2,000 (offered by MasterCard® and up to the available cashing service limit from your credit card) together with credit card replacement in the event of loss or theft.

Priority Service – Always putting you first
- Wherever you are travelling, visit any of our International Premier Centres and you will be recognized as a known HSBC Premier customer. Our local staff can offer you preferential service, including telephone and Internet banking, or assistance from a Relationship Manager.
- Even when you are travelling to a place unfamiliar to you, our local HSBC Premier staff can offer free and friendly advice on local places to visit and things to do while you're in town.
Emergency Services
- In an emergency, walk into any HSBC branch around the world and you'll be given immediate access to our HSBC Premier emergency services.
- If you lose your cash and cards, you can obtain emergency cash from any HSBC branch overseas.
- If you lose your HSBC Premier credit card, we'll cancel it immediately and arrange a replacement credit card to be delivered to you.
Feel at home
- In any HSBC Premier Centre around the world, there will be at least one English speaking staff to assist you with any needs.
- In Japan, we have a team of relationship managers originating from several overseas countries. These relationship managers can offer you native language service to make you feel at home.

At over 280 HSBC Premier Centres worldwide, you can:
- Enjoy refreshments and have access to the latest financial market information
- Obtain foreign currencies banknotes service covering the major currencies (US Dollar, Euro and Sterling Pounds at a minimum). Hong Kong Dollars will be available in HSBC Premier Centres in Japan.
