Home Delivery Service of Foreign Cash
Moneyport is HSBC's pioneering door-to-door delivery service of foreign currencies, available throughout Japan.

• Overnight delivery if order amount is less than 100,000 yen - order FAX before 2 pm between Monday and Friday, and your foreign currency will be delivered to you the following day.
• Cancellation charge of 2,000 yen is incurred for cancellations made following shipment of ordered foreign currency.

Do you ever have any unused foreign banknotes or travellers cheques after returning from an overseas trip? Send your unused foreign banknotes and countersigned travellers' cheques by registered mail to HSBC, and we will exchange them into Japanese yen and credit the proceeds into a bank account of your choosing.

• For amounts less than 20,000 yen (equivalent), a 500 yen service charge applies.
• A 2% service charge is required for purchase of Japanese yen travellers cheques.
