To overseas personal account holders visiting Japan

We regret to inform you that we do not provide any retail banking services, including ATM services, for HSBC overseas personal account holders in Japan. If you require any support relating to your overseas personal account while visiting Japan, please contact your home branch directly. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

To domestic personal account holders (ex-HSBC Premier customers)

Following the discontinuation of the HSBC Premier service in Japan, we only offer a very limited range of banking services to existing domestic personal account holders (ex-HSBC Premier customers).

For domestic personal account (ex-HSBC Premier customers) inquiries please call 0120-777-268 (domestic/toll-free) or 81-3-5204-5001 (overseas/charged), 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (Tokyo time).
